The problem with this approach is mods that depend on other mods. Once you find problem half of your mods, keep dividing it in halves til you narrow it down to one mod. Still nothing? Untick / disable first half of your mods and then enable second halfĤ. No crazy moose? Then tick / enable half of your mods and try, again create new character.ģ. If you have a crazy one, then the problem is not in your current mods but some leftovers from previous Skyrim play.Ģ. Create new character and run to meet your moose. You will probably want Patron at an Inn start in Riverwood. Add at the end Alternate Start – Live Another Life mod to speed up testing. Leave only default Bethesda’s mods enabled and untick / disable everything else. If, as you say, first time you get crazy moose attack is between Riverwood and Whiterun, then:ġ. I don’t suppose you’d want to try to isolate mod causing this?

I think it's time to study gopher's videos about MO and learn how to move characters between profiles and hopefully isolate scripts. With Elk/Deer it is usually only the male rutting variants that will try to attack, and then only if provoked, the rest just run away like normal deer.Īs an example - the elk/deer you run into the first time you travel to Whiterun from Riverwood.

I have seen Moose getting stuck into Mammoths though among other things. Usually only Moose attack and then only if I get too close and don't back off.
